Consulting
With a rich background in the hospitality industry, we are more than well-positioned to optimize departments including Sales, Marketing, Events, and event Operations. Often a set of fresh eyes is needed to maximize revenues while not compromising service and customer engagement. Sometimes this looks like hands-on development and mentoring of existing team members and sometimes it is simply filling the gap with task force assistance - we offer all this and the in-betweens.
Our clients have included Task Force for Hyatt Regency Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Thompson Seattle handling Sales efforts and B2B Market Development. I hold a CMP and Together by Hyatt Specialist Certification.
